Okay, it's picture time! These are some of my favorites from the last week or so.
Ben came to visit! He loves to hold her even though she's getting so big! He's so cute, we taught him how to hold his arms to support her head when she first came home from the NICU, and he still puts himself into the same pose now when I put Elaina in his arms. The poor kid's arms are too small for this growing little girl!
Looking at her mobile.
I LOVE the big flower on her headband. I found them at a local grocery store and the flower is just basically glued to a hair clip and detaches from the band! I bought 2 bands (they came with 2 flowers) and an additional 3 big bows. Since they're all interchangeable, we'll be having lots of fun!

My sweet friend Ann sent me this cute pillowcase. I use the pillow to help prop Elaina up when she's playing in her crib, or to help support my elbow when I'm holding her in the rocker. I had a pillow with a white pillow case on it, and housekeeping took it away thinking that it belonged to them!!! Thank you SO much Ann!!!
For the life of me, I couldn't capture a smile with camera that day!
She did give me several though!
She did give me several though!
Silent laughter? Could be, she absolutely LOVES her mobile.
She won't smile at me, but as soon as the music is on and the mobile is turning, she's all grins!

Well, that's it for now! I'm up WAY too late and have TONS to try to accomplish in the morning!

We both are up way too late. I'm so glad you got to spend time with friends this past weekend.
I'm happy to hear Elaina is fever free but I hope the throwing up starts to subside.
The pictures are adorable. The first picture I could tell right away that she's getting bigger. It's so nice to see Ben holding his sister. Your kids are adorable.
Hope you have an uneventful week.
Love,
Vanessa
In some of these pics, her eyes look so big and bright. Brighter than I've ever seen before. It's so good to see!
I'll be praying for the yucky throwing up to go away. Poor thing, throwing up is no fun. Hopefully there is just a silly little cause for it and it's nothing to worry about.
Thanks so much for posting the pics! Such cute kids.. And I love that pillowcase, too! xoxoo
I think she looks so adorable with that hairbow on! She is looking so much better than the last time I saw her in the hospital. I hope that the throwing up stops; the very same thing happened to Nathan and went on for about 5 weeks before he gotten his Nissen.
And even if she didn't want to play - its always great to rock you baby since babies don't keep!
We are still thinking and praying for you guys.
What a cutie pie! I love the bow/ flower! I always wanted to put things like that in Vaeh's hair, but Daddy doesn't like them & when I did try she's fus like she had a headache!
Praying the throwing up stops soon! She's looking great!
Look at that cute little bug!!! She is so sweet. She looks so happy and content. That is wonderful to see. Thanks for all of your great ideas. I will have to try the tea.
Praying for you Always
Megan
Thw big flower bow is so cute, I like to call them flower pots! Miss you, glad to see her doing well!
Elaina is STUNNING. Her eyes are so expressive! You can definitely tell she's Mama's Girl. :) :) :)
I'm so happy to see how big she is and to see those gorgeous smiles. WTG Elaina!!! :)
OH...she's too stinkin' cute! Yeah..you can't put her in blue...she looks blue enough!!!
She looks SO big next to Ben...tell him that he must have HUGE muscles to be able to hold her!!!
I'm glad that she likes snuggling with you...I wish we lived closer..I'd ask her to snuggle with me and Isaac!
